About ReFocus

REFocus, Inc., is a full service transitions consulting, performance management, training and presentation firm. We are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company was founded in 1994. Paul Bruno is the founder and President of REFocus. Mr. Bruno was employed by the Xerox Corporation for 15 years and held a series of sales and service management assignments including Manager, Organization Training and Development for the Xerox National Service Organization. Mr. Bruno has served many organizations as a Senior Consultant, Trainer, or Adjunct Professor including:

  • Institute of Business and Management Development
  • Leadership & Listening Institute
  • Valencia Community College's Corporate Services Group
  • Valencia Community College in The CENTER for High-Tech Training

This presenter also worked with the Wilson Learning Corporation and was responsible for developing a telemarketing unit that sold and services electronic assessment programs throughout the United States. Mr. Bruno continues to represent the Wilson Learning Corporation in assessment, sales, and training capacities through affiliations with Wilson Learning and Employment Technologies Corporation.
