Paul Bruno is the founder and President of REFocus, Inc. a full service performance management coaching, consulting, and presentation firm.

Mr. Bruno has also served as a Senior Consultant with Rollins College; a Senior Consultant with the Institute of Business and Management Development; a Senior Consultant with the Leadership & Listening Institute; a Senior Consultant with Valencia Community College's Corporate Services Group; and Adjunct Professor for Valencia Community College in The CENTER for High-Tech Training.

He has over 30 years of professional experience in sales, sale management, technical service management, and organization development. Additionally, this presenter has authored a series of professional skill development and executive coaching workbooks. Mr. Bruno was employed by the Xerox Corporation for 15 years and held a series of sales and service management assignments. He held the position of Manager, Organization Training and Development for the Xerox National Service Organization.

This presenter also worked with the Wilson Learning Corporation and was responsible for developing a telemarketing unit that sold and services electronic assessment programs throughout the United States. Mr. Bruno continues to represent the Wilson Learning Corporation in assessment, sales, and training capacities through affiliations with Wilson Learning and Employment Technologies Corporation.
